An extreamely dissapointing experience. It was my sister's first time trying on wedding dresses and never have we felt more uncomfortable in a shop before. The staff were very cold and the entire time we felt rushed and unwelcome. My sister was "looked after" by Tegan and her only interest was the budget, she didnt even remember her name! there were mutiple other brides trying on dresses and there was only one mirror so we were constantly waiting and wasting the small allocated 40 mins to try and find a dress. Tegan treated us like we were wasting her name and barely spoke, she didnt even listen to us when we wanted my sister to try on a more expensive dress rolling her eyes at us and claiming its out of budget. Only when we had to tell her my mother and myself were secretly putting in money and there was no budget she piped up and showed us more intrest. Tegan was extreamly rude to all of us and left my sister with an awful first experience. Annabel's has lost a customer and a large amount of money due to Tegan's customer service.
