I would first like to say that i have a disability and i have just finished a shop at the manuka store. I went to go to the aisle that connects with the cigarette counter aisle 1 at 10.13 pm. I asked the male attendant to put through my shopping only to be told that his machine has crashed and i would have to self serve myself at the self serve. I said i had a disability and as i had 26 items could he get someone to open up to help me. He got the self serve attendant to put my things through which he did in a great manner however the whole experience was an ordeal. Coles manuka i shop there every day, you have some good staff but do not have a good range of products. Some of your employees offend my nose they smell of body odor strong body odor . Your fish guy is amazing . Lydia and samson are the best employees. Its 8 minutes to manuka coles and 12 kms to woolies. I have bought off chicken , bad dip and been overcharged many times . Once i was overcharged on a phone and they didnt honour the item free policy.
