I am totally fed up with trying to communicate with head office over my account. Originally I was rung by a foreign gentleman asking me to connect to N.B.N. I asked him to send me details which never happened. He told me my computer account would rise from $56.99 to $60. Now I'm getting mobile accounts @ whatever price you choose to put on it. Last time you sent me anaccount for $186. I sent your accounts department two emails stating that I was paying my normal amount of $79.98 so you now send me another account via my mobile asking for $ 106.70 or I will have to pay a late fee. You are getting no late fee or anything else until you have the Courtesy to reply to me TWO previous emails which I sent you. Should I have any more problems with this I will be contacting my lawyers. This is totally ridiculous that I can live in Australia & have been with Optus for so long & yet I can't have a VERBAL conversation with any one.
