Hi, I have ordered take away at the Dragon Inn restaurant in Somerville Victoria and received a text message to say that my order would be ready at 8.07pm. I arrived at the shop and was told that the price was wrong and I needed to pay more money. I asked why and the owner was very rude to me and said that I couldn't order that pack because if I wanted the special pork and fried rice I needed to pay more money. I asked why I received the message to say my order would be ready - he said "I don't know , someone must do something on the computer" the man then told me I had to wait for him to make my order because he hadn't done it until I pay more money. He was rude and clearly has no idea about the booking function online and should not be telling people to pay more money when they arrive at the shop. I waited 25mins from when I ordered to when it said it would be ready and now I have to go and find somewhere else to get a meal from because of the disgusting customer service. This owner should not be able to operate through your booking system as he doesn't meet the expectations of what your site offers to customers. Very disgusted.
