Came here expecting a nice relaxing weekend based on the advertising and promotions on radio for this place but to my regret it's one of the worst accomodations I've ever been to. Coming all the way fr Adelaide to enjoy this time here I was sorely regretting and counting the moments to go home. I'm never coming back again. All the terrible rooms and bathrooms need an update and refurbishment if you plan on continuing to advertise it the way you have otherwise it is simply false. Shame that it's promoted as a House of Prayer when you are being honest wt your advertising and the accomodation so dated and dirty! Never coming back.

The views were beautiful but very sadly the accomodation was worse than some 3rd world countries I've been too. It was filthy, not maintained well, hot water faucet almost burnt us with no temperature control, no box of tissues, no iron, no latch on bathroom door, no hand towel, no extra pillow/blanket, no waste bin in the room and the shower caddy was absolutely rusty and disgusting. Advertised as a house of prayer with the presence of God, it is shameful that the accomodation does not reflect love, comfort nor cleanliness. I always looked forward to coming here but now I will never return. It was a very bad experience. I'm very disappointed.

How does one make an official complaint about the Meroo conference center?
No soap in shared bathroom for 350 people, 1 roll of toilet paper per cubical for the whole easter weekend for the 350 visiting youth. Bathrooms dirty on arrival never cleaned whilst there, not a mandatory twice daily clean, fill and check and a blocked toilet not looked into...could pick up an extra roll of toilet paper from reception but they were in short supply!
The previous camp 4 years prior 2013,were no better and many came away with food poisoning 4 years prior to this, 2009, my children included, which has since caused havoc with their health still 8 years later!
