"I would like to cancel my order. Paying a total of almost $60 to deliver to a remote area when I am literally 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD it a bit ridiculous in my opinion. I could understand completely if I was in the middle of no where, paying for express or if the items weighed a bit. From placing my order on the 3rd. Finding out there are more cost on the 10th. Sending an email on the 11th. Resorting to Facebook after no email response. Finally having someone inform me directly why there is this extra cost 10 days after I had placed this order. I feel like the poor timeliness, the lack of communication and information that should have been given is something that should be worked on. To say I am unhappy with is experience is an understatement and I will not be purchasing from this company in the future" I sent this exact message to them via Facebook. I have been issued a refund however I still have not received a response to my last message. There were no apologies, no other solutions offered and no attempt to rectify the situation. As someone who works in customer service, I was utterly appalled by their approach, or lack thereof. Every transaction or interaction with a customer is supposed to leave them with a pleasant and personalised experience. My experience was unpleasant and completely impersonal. This experience has removed any desire I once had to purchase products from this company.

Bought a phone from them, better deal than retail price and came on time. They generally take around 24-48 hrs to get back to you through email. I found that their facebook page is easier to reach them to get some form of response. They must have hundreds of emails coming in daily and they can't get to everyone on time.
afterpay payed.. ordered large scooter thing causing large shipping cost.. and small home phone tiny box.. no confirmation email upon purchase... about week later, received email saying large scooter refunded.. right??? first i heard about order.. never responding to email.. no contact phone number.. relised im paying 70 shipping for a tiny box would fit in express post bag.. send email upon email.. asking for complete refund or answer or tracking number.. nothing.. eventually weeks later receive email saying item dispatched.. short message.. i want at least adjusted shipping cost.. but i get nothing.. still no item and ordered like month ago.. .au website would think in australia.. no phone number.. no response to contact.. its a joke
These guys have good range of products and friendly service. They sell everything from phones, IT products to furniture and appliances. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.
They must have a lot of emails to get through and can't get through on time. You can try reaching them on their facebook page, usually they respond faster.
