I have a booking Reference 1139199338 in the name of Bruce Williams My flight time has changed and I was originally picking up the car at 2pm but now my flight change means I will arrive at Edinburgh airport at 5pm. My dates remain the same but when I tried to modify the booking to change the pickup time your web site wanted me to accept a much higher price. I have tried to contact Europcar by phone with no success. Your assistance in modifying this booking without increased charges would be greatly appreciated.
