Good morning Wayne On the 10th of August my 2013 Honda Jazz (purchased new from Von Bibra Honda Robina) broke down up at Springbrook. The RACQ serviceman diagnosed Cylinder Coil problems and suggested all four be replaced, the same for the spark plugs. He called for a tow truck and I called VB Honda Service to say we would be coming in. We didn't arrive until late afternoon, the next day the foreman agreed with RACQ chap and ordered parts in, all the way from Melbourne. I was going to have car serviced in September as per the advice sticker on windscreen and had that done at the same time. I didn't get the car back until the following Monday around 5pm. It all cost over $$$2, 000.00, yesterday a male friend said the problem should have been picked up during the regular servicing, what do you think, it is an awful lot of money for a War Widow
